At the MWC 2022 exhibition being held in Barcelona, Spain, Nokia introduced a new series of smartphones in the low-cost segment, running the Android Go operating system but with a “premium” design thanks to the metal frame. .
Nokia C21 Plus
This is the most advanced Android Go phone model introduced by Nokia at this year’s MWC exhibition. The device is equipped with a metal frame, 6.5-inch HD + screen on the front, which Nokia claims is protected by a type of high-strength tempered glass. The device has a plastic back with a familiar design.
Nokia C21 Plus is equipped with a 13MP + 2MP dual camera on the back, a 5MP selfie camera on the front that supports 2D face unlock.
Because it is a low-cost device running the Android Go operating system, the performance of the device is only basic, including an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A chip, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage memory. The battery of the device has a capacity of 5050mAh, supports 10W charging.
Another advantage of this device is that it is certified with IP52 waterproof standard, which rarely appears on a smartphone running Android Go.
Nokia C21
This is essentially a reduced version of the Nokia C21 Plus but with a more distinct design. This machine will still have a 6.5-inch HD + screen, equipped with the same Unisoc chip as the Plus version, but the RAM is cut to 3GB. The main camera on the back also cuts the resolution to 8MP and comes with a smaller 3000mAh battery, even charging is cut to 5W.
Nokia C2 2nd Edition
Nokia C2 2nd Edition is the successor to the Nokia C2 launched 2 years ago. Like the C21 series, the C2 2nd Edition is also equipped with a metal frame to strengthen the body more firmly.
In terms of hardware specifications, the device has a 5.7-inch screen with a very low resolution of 480 x 960, a 5MP main camera on the back and a 2MP selfie camera on the front. This machine comes with an unknown 1.5GHz quad-core chip, 2GB RAM, 32GB memory. The battery has a fairly modest 2500mAh capacity and supports 5W fast charging.
Currently, Nokia has not announced the price of the above smartphone series.
