Today (April 26), POCO launched a new gaming smartphone in Vietnam, the full name is POCO F4 GT. Basically, this is considered the international version of the Redmi K50 Gaming in China, succeeding the predecessor POCO F3 GT last year with a series of upgrades in both configuration and design.
POCO F4 GT owns a 6.67-inch flat AMOLED screen, supporting Full HD + resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. The screen of the device uses a punch-hole design with a “mole” in the middle to accommodate the selfie camera, has HDR10+ certification, supports 10-bit color, is rated A+ by DisplayMate and is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.
Inside, POCO F4 GT brings hardware power from Qualcomm’s high-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, combined with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 internal memory. The device comes with a 4700mAh battery, supports 120W HyperCharge fast charging via USB-C port – allowing to fully charge the battery in just 17 minutes.
In terms of imaging capabilities, the POCO F4 GT is equipped with 3 cameras placed in a rectangular module on the back, including a 64MP main sensor (Sony IMX686), an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, it has a 20MP camera (Sony IMX596) for selfies and video calling.
Like the previous generation, POCO F4 GT also has two trigger keys on the side to help users assign function keys when playing games. The machine has a dual vapor chamber cooling system using LiquidCool 3.0 technology, with a total cooling area of up to 4860mm².

The phone supports dual SIM, 5G network connectivity, Wi-Fi 6E (2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz) and Bluetooth 5.2. The device is integrated with 4 speakers (supporting Dolby Atmos and having Hi-Res Audio certification), an in-display fingerprint sensor, as well as an RGB indicator LED around the camera cluster.
As expected, POCO F4 GT will officially hit shelves in Vietnam for 15.99 million VND for the 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM version and 17.99 million VND for the 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM version. During the period from May 5 to May 18, POCO F4 GT will be offered an additional discount of 4 million VND to only 11.99 million VND (8GB + 128GB version) and 13.99 million VND (12GB + 256GB version). The product has three color options: Knight Silver, Electronic Gold, and Quiet Black.
