SOUTHINGTON – The Southington Education Foundation (SEF) has announced the recipients of their 2023 scholarships.
The Southington Education Foundation is a nonprofit which was founded in 2009 to support local education initiatives beyond the Board of Education budget. This is the ninth year that the organization has awarded scholarships to students.
