At 5:15 p.m. on November 25, 2021, many internet users in Vietnam reported that they could not access or post on messaging, video calling, cross-platform file sharing, and Telegram for free. Accordingly, the above situation occurs with the web-based version (PC) as well as the mobile application of Telegram. Meanwhile, a large number of other users are experiencing no loading or very slow loading of new messages.
The error tracking page of Downdetector platforms recorded an unusual increase in the number of user error reports during the above period. Not only in Vietnam, many users in the US, Europe and Asian countries also face the same situation.
