Not long ago, it was rumored that Microsoft would update the wallpaper sticker decoration feature for Windows 11, giving users more personalization options. Recently, a video about this feature was shared on Twitter, showing us how it works.
Short video posted by Albacorewhich shows the option to add or change stickers in the Settings app or by right-clicking the wallpaper.
Feature to decorate stickers on Windows 11
Once added, the user can resize or move it on the screen as desired. The video also shows that the stickers remain on the Windows 11 desktop even if you change the wallpaper, they won’t go away unless you really want to remove it.
For now, it seems that the collection only includes stickers that are pre-installed by Microsoft, it is unknown if the company will allow the use of stickers from other companies.
The video also shows that the sticker selection is not very smooth and there is a bit of inconvenience when switching from the settings window to the sticker selection interface. However, this feature is still in beta and it is possible that Microsoft will optimize it when it is officially launched.
